HR Partnership: DS Global Talent Management

Between August 2022 and January 2023, DS Global Talent Management partnered with eKomi to expand its Sales and Customer Success teams in Cape Town. The focus: recruiting multilingual B2B professionals to support the platform’s international growth.

Our contribution included:
  • Full-cycle recruitment across Sales and Success roles

  • Sourcing and screening multilingual candidates

  • Aligning hiring processes with global HR standards
