HR Partnership: DS Global Talent Management

In February 2021, DS Global Talent Management began a 14-month partnership with CoachHub during a period of rapid global expansion.

Starting with four Marketing roles, our scope quickly expanded to include 69+ hires across the organisation including Customer Success, Marketing, Coaching Lab, Research, and Business Operations functions, spanning Europe, APAC, and the US.

Our contribution included:

HR Planning
  • Predict future HR needs based on business objectives, growth plans, and market trends

  • Create and publish job descriptions

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Set up efficient recruiting processes, attract top talent, and build a smooth onboarding experience

  • End-to-end recruitment within international markets

  • Interview coordination and stakeholder management, pipeline management

  • Strategic HR advisory on process optimisation

  • Execute the HR plan in coordination with business units
