Operations1 is the leading AI-powered connected worker and shop floor platform for manufacturing companies. It digitally supports all operational processes, helping companies to achieve greater productivity and a real competitive edge. Operations1 enables the centralized management of work instructions, checklists, and inspection protocols, making them available directly in the production environment in a structured, variant-specific, and interactive format. The platform allows for the end-to-end digital mapping of employee-led production processes: from order planning and the provision of process knowledge to execution on the shop floor, and on to the documentation, analysis, and handling of deviations and incidents. Typical application areas include training, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, testing, maintenance, setup, HSSE, and audits.
HR Partnership: DS Global Talent Management
In January 2026, Operations1 partnered with DS Global Talent Management to support strategic HR development, Talent Acquisition, and organizational scaling within the DACH region. As an Embedded Talent Partner, I partnered closely with the CEO, leadership team, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to build scalable recruiting structures, optimize HR processes, and support business growth.

• Leading active sourcing initiatives and building targeted talent pipelines across the DACH region.
• Conducting structured interviews, candidate assessments, and hiring recommendations.
• Managing interview processes, stakeholder alignment, and candidate experience.
• Advising hiring managers on market insights, compensation expectations, and recruitment strategy.
