Leafworks

Leafworks is a young and rapidly growing consulting company based in Germany and Switzerland. The organization helps customers to solve problems in the areas of customer service (Zendesk), custom portals, customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence (BI). Leafworks was founded in 2017 and currently has 30 employees in the DACH region. DS Global Talent Management joined in March 23 as part of the Human Resources Team and filled roles in various departments (details below). Leafworks people consist of very creative individuals from different cultural backgrounds and nationalities. The company describes itself as very dynamic, hard-working, has flat hierarchies and a 100% remote policy.
