HR Partnership: Talent Acquisition & HR Consulting
Since April 2025, I have partnered with Finanztip to support talent acquisition, executive search, and recruitment operations across the organisation during a period of continued growth and expansion. Working closely with hiring managers, department leads, and HR stakeholders, I have supported the attraction, assessment, and hiring of key talent across content, marketing, video, and social media functions.
Talent Acquisition & Executive Search
Owned the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for business-critical positions, including:
• 1x Video Producer (FTE)
• 1x Video Producer – YouTube – Female Finance (FTE)
• 1x Campaign and Marketing Manager (FTE)
• 1x Social Media Creator – Female Finance (FTE)
Key responsibilities included:
Developing tailored talent acquisition and sourcing strategies aligned with Finanztip's hiring objectives and business priorities.
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from role briefing and job description creation through sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Conducting direct sourcing and executive search activities for highly specialised content, video production, marketing, and social media profiles.
Leading candidate screening, structured interviews, and evaluation processes while ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience.
Designing and optimising recruitment workflows, interview frameworks, and assessment methodologies to improve efficiency, consistency, and hiring quality.
Advising hiring managers and leadership teams on labour market developments, candidate availability, compensation expectations, and hiring strategies.
Stakeholder Management & HR Partnership
Acted as the primary interface between hiring managers, business leaders, and the HR department throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Partnered closely with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, role profiles, and selection criteria.
Facilitated communication and alignment between business stakeholders and HR teams to ensure efficient decision-making and smooth recruitment processes.
