HR Partnership: DS Global Talent Management
From March to June 2026, DS Global Talent Management partnered with Equitable Earth to support international talent acquisition, strategic HR development, and organisational scaling during a key growth phase. As an Embedded Talent Partner, I worked closely with the CEO, COO, leadership team, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to build talent pipelines, optimise recruitment processes, and strengthen organisational capabilities across a globally distributed team.
Talent Acquisition & Executive Search
Owned the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical leadership, technical, and operational roles, including:

• 1x Forest Engineer
• 1x Geospatial Analyst / Data Engineer
Key responsibilities included:
Developing international talent acquisition strategies aligned with Equitable Earth’s growth objectives and organisational needs.
Building targeted sourcing strategies for highly specialised profiles across finance, data, geospatial analytics, and environmental sciences.
Creating job descriptions, interview frameworks, assessment approaches, and structured evaluation processes.
Leading candidate sourcing, screening, structured interviews, and hiring recommendations.
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and an excellent candidate experience.
Advising leadership and hiring managers on talent market insights, availability of specialised skills, compensation expectations, and recruitment strategies.
Organizational Structuring & HR Strategy
Supported Equitable Earth in strengthening its organisational foundation and preparing for future growth.
Partnered with leadership to assess current and future workforce requirements, identifying key capabilities needed to scale the organisation internationally.
