We started with 4 roles in the Marketing team and eventually hired more than 69 individuals across the entire globe over a period of 14 months for the Customer Success team, Marketing, Coaching Lab, Research and Business Operations team.

Tasks

Recruiting and hiring in a hyper-growth environment End-to-end recruiting on a global scale Active Sourcing, Interview Conduction ,Candidate Selection, Offer calls and Onboarding Processes Process Optimisation, ATS Trainings HR Consultancy and HR Admin Entering new markets (EU, APAC, US) Liaise with headhunter, legal team and immigration departments
