Description:

  • Assist passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in German & English via phone calls and Emails

Must haves:

  • Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written skills essential (Advanced

level may be considered)

  • Located within South Africa
  • Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
  • Fluent in German AND English
  • Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills
  • No criminal record
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Nice to have:

  • Airline or Tourism background preferred
